I must admit that I was very anxious and excited to get started on this review of the Call Recorder module. I was chomping at the bit waiting for the folks at Highster Mobile to deliver their next creation. It was released a bit behind schedule but with good cause鈥?it was worth the wait!


The Call Recorder turned out to be just as easy to install as the SMSText module. I installed this app to a Samsung Galaxy S (Android version 2.3.3), a Blackberry Curve 8530 (version 6) and an iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3). All installations were just as easy and effortless as the next. Here鈥檚 how I did it鈥?p>

Basically I entered a short URL (ex. www.callrecord.apk) into the target phones web browser Black Davis Webb Jersey , I tapped enter and the app downloaded into the phone without error. I restarted the phone, accepted the End User License Agreement and then entered my license key which I received in my email inbox (same as the SMSText app which makes everything much easier). That was it! Very fast, very simple, very easy.


Once the installation was complete I then setup my online web account (which is included in the purchase price). To set this up I first completed the registration process by creating a username password and writing it down (you should always do this!). After registration was complete I logged into my account and entered information about the target phone. Total time for registration took me no more than 5 minutes for each account I set up.

Every recording uploaded is saved to my account so I can go listen to it anytime I want. I can download and copy the recording or I can leave it in my account until I no longer need or want it. It is very easy and convenient.
