RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- President Dilma Rousseff Tuesday spotlighted the government's commitment to fighting sex tourism, in the wake of two controversial T-shirts of Adidas ahead of the World Cup.

LONDON, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- British official figures on Thursday showed that 379 people have been arrested for terrorism-related offences in the year ending June 2017, hitting a fresh record high in the country.


The British Home Office said that the latest figures include the dozens of arrests that have been made following terrorist attacks in London and Manchester this summer.


These arrests represented an increase of 68 percent over the 226 people arrested for the same period in 2016.
